If you submit content (such as usernames, messages, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the game ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data. You may also delete your account at any time through the game settings.

Island Tycoon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
